Ehab Hanna, M.D., FACS, is an internationally recognized head and neck surgeon and expert in the treatment of patients with skull base tumors and head and neck cancer. He is Professor and Vice Chair of the Department of Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. After earning his medical degree, he completed a surgery internship at Vanderbilt University, and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Martinie, MD is a practicing Surgical Oncologist in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Martinie graduated from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1995 and has been in practice for 23 years. He completed a residency at Rhode Island Hospital. He currently practices at Carolinas Medical Center Emergency Room and is affiliated with Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Martinie accepts multiple insurance plans including Aetna, Humana, and Medicare. Dr. Martinie is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Martinie also practices at Carolinas Specialty Surgery Ctr in Charlotte, NC.

Dr. Robert Andtbacka is a general surgeon in Salt Lake City, Utah and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Intermountain Medical Center and LDS Hospital. He received his medical degree from McGill University Faculty of Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years.

Dr. Gale is a physician and medical researcher. His areas of research include Leukemia and other bone marrow disorders. He is an expert in leukemia biology, etiology/causation and therapy, bone marrow transplantation, and lymphoma and multiple myeloma.

SAMI CHADI
Dr. Sami Chadi joined the Division of General Surgery, Sprott Department of Surgery on July 1, 2016. Sami is appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto. His practice focus will be in Colorectal Surgery and Surgical Oncology. Sami completed his undergraduate degree in Genetics at Western University and subsequently attended the University of Toronto for his medical degree. After graduating, he trained in the University of Western Ontario’s General Surgery program in London. He subsequently completed his Masters’ Degree in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Research Methodology at McMaster University. During his residency, he received a number of PSI Research Grants as well as the Murray Girotti, Class of ‘49 and Canadian Association of General Surgeons (CAGS) Awards in Surgical Education. He served as the National Chair of the Resident’s Committee for CAGS in 2012/13. Upon obtaining his Royal College certification in General Surgery, he completed a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida (CCF) in Colorectal Surgery, where he obtained his American Board of Surgery certification in General and Colorectal Surgery. Sami went on to complete a second year at CCF in Minimally Invasive and Advanced Colorectal Surgery focusing on minimally invasive approaches to re-operative surgery. During this time, he received training in advanced approaches to sphincter-preservation in rectal cancer including Transanal Total Mesorectal Excision (TaTME) using transanal endoscopic approaches to an oncologically appropriate proctectomy and coloanal reconstruction. Sami plans to continue his research in Toronto focusing on functional and oncologic outcomes in Colorectal Surgical Oncology, while mentoring medical students and residents through the successful completion of research initiatives. He is interested in promoting social media access to medical professionals (@SChadi_CRS) to enhance the establishment of international clinical and research collaborative initiatives.

Eleftherios (Terry) P. Mamounas, MD, MPH, FACS Professor of Surgery University of Central Florida Medical Director Comprehensive Breast Program at UF Health Cancer Center at Orlando Health, Orlando, FL Terry P. Mamounas, M.D., is Medical Director of the Comprehensive Breast Program at Orlando Health UF Health Cancer Center and Professor of Surgery at University of Central Florida. He is Chair of the NRG Oncology Breast Committee and member of the NCI Breast Cancer Steering Committee. Dr. Mamounas has authored or co-authored over 380 abstracts, manuscripts, and book chapters, and he has given numerous presentations on breast cancer at various regional, national, and international symposia.

TICIANA LEAL 
TICIANA LEAL
Dr. Leal earned her medical degree from the Federal University of Ceara, Brazil, and completed her residency at University of Chicago Hospitals. She completed her fellowship at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics and the University of Illinois. Dr. Leal is board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics, medical oncology and palliative care medicine.
